Our Physical Therapist

Hi, I'm Taylor Eichenberger, PT, DPT, founder and owner of Rooted Home Physical Therapy. I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Pittsburgh after completing my bachelor's degree in Exercise Science at The University of Akron. Over the past 8+ years, I've had the privilege of helping individuals regain strength, improve mobility, and restore confidence through physical therapy, with more than four years dedicated to home-based care.

Throughout my career, I've discovered that some of the most meaningful progress happens at home. Treating patients in their own environment allows me to understand their daily routines, identify barriers to independence, and create treatment plans that are practical, personalized, and truly impactful. It also gives me the opportunity to build genuine relationships with my patients and provide the kind of one-on-one care that often isn't possible in a traditional clinic setting.

I founded Rooted Home Physical Therapy because I believe healthcare should be personal. My goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that meets you where you are—both physically and personally. Whether you're recovering from surgery, managing a neurological condition, working to improve your balance, or simply striving to stay active and independent, I'm committed to helping you move with confidence and continue doing the things you love.

When I'm not treating patients, you'll likely find me spending time with family and friends, enjoying a great cup of coffee, baking sourdough, tending to my garden, or at a Hot Yoga class. These moments remind me of the importance of living a balanced, active life—and they're the same values that inspire the care I provide through Rooted every day.
